Thecontent=AddButtonAndContentPanel(ContentID, Name, ToolTip)
Add a tab to the tab panel.
Parameters:
ContentID - The id for the content that will be associated with the tab.
Name - The name that will appear in the tabs
ToolTip - Optional tools tip that will appear when the user hovers over the tab.
Returns: Thecontent - assocaited with the button.
The=AddButton(ContentID, Name, ToolTip)

Set the currently selected button

Returns a tab content element so it can be filled
Parameters:
TabName - name of the tab whose content will be returned
RemoveButton(TabName)
Removes a table from tab container
Parameters:
TabName - name of the tab whose content will be returned
