Image Enhancements (Part II)
Introduction
In the previous module we covered radiometric and spatial enhancement techniques. In this section we will learn about common spectral enhancement techniques. Spectral enhancement techniques are performed on multispectral images, where there is more than one band.

- Define spectral indices and understand their importance in remote sensing
- Understand the basis for Normalized Difference Vegetation Index and the Normalized Burn Ratio
- Apply and analyze various spectral indices
