Assignment: Creating a Pyython Utility

1. A Utility Program to do Something Useful and GIS Related

Create a Python program that includes at least two dialog boxes. The program can do unit conversion, DD to DMS conversion, display a shapefile, or anything you desire that serves some useful purpose for GIS related work.
