Old natural earth files to be removed 

Column.js - simple file with a couple of columns of data for debugging
ne_10m_admin_0_countries2.js - high resolution countries with just the name as attribute
ne_10m_admin_0_countries3.js - high resolution countries with name, admin, length, area
ne_50m_admin_0_countries.js - medium resolution countries with all attributes
ne_50m_populated_places.js - populated places of the world with all attributes
Geographic_Countries5.js - lower resolution countries with "Info" attribute with more complex HTML (currently just for Afghanistan)
ne_110m_populated_places_simple.s - low resolution cities with all attributes
10m-admin-0-countries_simplified1_addedpoints.js - high resolution countries with points added so it can be projected
var_ne_110m_admin_0_countries - countries layer setup as a variable so it can be loaded without a web server

Geographic_Countries5.js - can be removed after roll
