Class CM3LayerBackgrounds extends CMLayerBackgrounds

CM3LayerList Class

The CM3LayerList inherits from CMLayerList so it needs to mix in the CM3THREEBase
class to provide a THREE.js group for the layers to sit within. The same is true
for the CM3LayerBackgrounds class.
